Cons:
Hoo, boy. Where to start. There were almost as many attention checks and bot checks as there were questions. You had to memorize 6 different qualifications to rate 8 different applicants, then go back and review their resumes to decide which 3 were the most qualified. After the first page there wasn't a way to review the qualifications.
