Thanks. I am. I already sent her the screenshots of my browser history plus the completion code page. I could be wrong but I really don't think I am. Maybe I was screened out and the survey allowed me to continue? Or someone didn't add in the email requirement until later? She said the computer tasks and additional surveys were supposed to be emailed so I don't know what happened.
