I can't find a CV to participate in this survey either. If we were talking about job candidates, I would take both of them on probation and leave the most capable one. Because sometimes CVs don't contain authentic information, people can get a fake diploma or buy a certificate. I know that there are countries where this still works. As for the certificates, I'm just preparing for the Cisco exams to get it. Because this is the only way I can find a good remote job. It is good that I found a service https://cciedump.spoto.net/ that helps me prepare for exams because to be honest, I don't believe only in my own abilities, so I use the help of specialists in this field.

Could you share the CV first?
