Actually on second thought, he has signs all over his yard about how our governor is a PRICKster and how we should open our state back up. Gotta weigh the pros and cons of sitting around and drinking beers in an airplane with a pro-pandemic activist.

I'm white so I don't even go here. But I'd say it is not odd for you to have that reaction. Not all black people are African. I'd rather say black because it is more inclusive. I also cringe when people use the words Hispanic, Latino, Spanish, Mexican. etc interchangeably. Like, seriously? WTF?

My father's family is half "Native American" but I never check that because I wasn't raised around his fam and don't feel it is my culture to claim, regardless of my DNA, and also because I just hate "Native American" as a label. NOPE!

TL;DR: I basically just have a lot of pet peeves that other people would think are ridiculous but.... this shiz matters. Words are powerful, especially when trying to slap one label on a large group of people.
