    Does anybody else have the problem of painful elbows from being on a hard table all the time? Are there elbow pads that are easy to take on and off? Weird but very annoying.

    yes and ive got carpal tunnel so my fingers go numb too. i remember my doctor telling me about a like arm sleeve thing from wrist to elbow but it was super annoying when i tried it out in the office and passed on it

    I had that issue so I started to rest my arms on a pillow in my lap. Then I bought a computer chair(not a GAMER chair) and I use the arm rests of the chair now.

    I seem to want to lean forward on the edge of my chair to get closer to see my screen better. That probably means I need glasses,lol.

    I have that issue rarely but I also have carpal tunnel as well.

    If I'm leaning on the desk with my elbows I've found folding a small towel and using it as an armrest helps short term.

    Long term I got a computer chair with decent armrests and that seems to have solved the problem for me.
