Pros:
I didn't notice any (tricky) ACs so there's that. It took me longer to complete because I have a injured finger and there was a somewhat lengthy, required written component. Albeit the requester is mostly up front about it before hand.

Cons:
The 750 character/100 word requirement is a pain and in my case I had to say more about a previous supervisor than my current one. It so happens that my current one is just about the worst I've ever had.
