Interesting the similarities we share, I'd say I do suffer from anxiety/panic attacks a little more frequently, but there were definitely a select few periods of my life where I was just getting them baaaad every day for a short time--super weird and awful. Some of it stemmed from substance abuse but even after long periods of healthy living it would still creep up and I'd go through wicked bad passing phases. Better as the years go on but as I'm sure you know sometimes that depression anvil comes outta nowhere. Not hard to understand why people turn to substances to cope. Healthy living is the way to go though.

I give both of us credit for getting up and self-motivating to turk all day, it can be hard for people like us. In fact I give all of us credit, it can be hard period

But after this 20 hour drive across the country is over, I'd be happy to do anything. Give me all the low paying and broken surveys/batches you've got, AMT!

 

I still have an unopened jar of vegemite in my cabinet, can self punish my insubordination if that'll make things right.

 

I bought english muffins today. Tomorrow - one half vegemite, one half marmite. I will do it.
