Legit asking, I've basically only interacted with cats & dogs for the past month, I'm not actually sure how people work anymore.

 

Drop a cat on his face. If that doesn't work, drop two cats on his face. Then three, and so on until you have to start dropping dogs.

 

I have acquired a cat. I will report back with the results.

 

Is tossing catnip on him and letting things happen naturally appropriate behavior? If, not, @morweeg 's suggestion works, too. Also, video, please.
