For all you gaming people, I would like some recommendations. It's been a while since I played anything on a PS or Xbox and recently I tired of Mario games so what's a good, simple, first-person shooter game that's out now? I prefer Gears of War/God of War type games (Boss games), not multi-player or team games like COD or anything like that. I don't really care for Pokemon or FF-like games either. RPG's I think they're called. I believe I tried Halo before and wasn't a fan. Silent Hill and Resident Evil games scared me but I could try something like those again. Oh my God, I sound so old and nit picky. I bought a Spiderman PS4 Pro the year before last but haven't opened it yet.

 

The only thing I play is Beat Saber, so I'm not much help here, but I highly recommend it, if you have a VR option.

 

do you have an xbox 1 or a newer pc? if you do for either, you can get the xbox game pass, the pc (beta) one is like $5 a month and i think the console one is like $10 and you get a ton of games you can download and play through from either one.

 

Oh, totally missed the first-person shooter request there when I read it the first time.

 

That looks like fun. I've never tried VR. Be afraid I'd knock someone out or break something. This game reminds me of the arm version of Dance Revolution. My siblings and I could "play" that for hours, every single day.

I think I have an old xbox in the garage but it probably doesn't work anymore. I have the HP TP01-0066 desktop but it only has a 2gb graphic card and the laptop is HP 15M-EE0013DX with a basic(?) graphics card. Are games playable on these things?
