Seems like it, I started sleeping with my phone silenced when I would get weather updates at 4 AM that were obnoxious.

 

Still always cracks me up that you & my sister lived in spitting distance for years

would you rather sleep through...say...a flood and die? or get annoyed at 4am and find out important information like there is a flood coming?

 

Usually at that time I'm so asleep I can't figure out how to turn off the notification and drop my phone 5 times.
