Hey guys i'm getting back into turking and my hit forker isn't working. I'm trying to work in scraper but there are a bunch of noticeable downgrades. is there a new type of scraper i should look at?

 

That dispute thing has worked almost 100% of the time for me. And requesters actually thank me for all of the directions, etc. that it provides. I think @ChrisTurk disabled it for a while but it's working now. If you use it and the requester doesn't get back to you, send another traditional email to them in a week or so. But yeah, it's worked great for me.

I've had about the same response rate using it as I did before it was a thing. All it really does is email the requester, but with some extra features to make it easier for you (like being able to write more) and them (like instructions for reversing rejections). So, if they want to work with you they will, whether you use the TV dispute thingy or not. The TV thing just seems to make it easier on them.
