Not sure I understand what you're asking here (are you looking for a streaming service with that movie or am I misunderstanding here?), but if you want to ask for asylum, you're gonna have to show up at the border, ask for political asylum, then you'll have to solemnly declare that Canada is better than Murica and renounce any shin-kicking plans you may carry with you.
Also you'll have to correctly identify the Queen in a line-up of old ladies, but that shouldn't be too hard.
Also also, you'll be given a hockey stick, ice skates and you'll have to show you can score in an open net to be granted asylum.

Here in MURICA we believe all citizens have some inalienable rights. Not to healthcare or crazy useless crap like that, but to important things like watching a set of commercialized cartoons every holiday and buying merch based on those characters. Some of the country favvies are Peanuts, Garfield, and some really garbo 70's/80's movies that harken back to simpler times where a man could order a sexy lady leg lamp shade and become the envy of all his peers.
