    I am trying to confirm and publish a batch and I keep getting this error. My mTurk requester account is linked to my AWS account, which has a valid credit card. What is going on here?

    Your requester account must be verified otherwise they place limits on it. The only limits I have heard of is $3000 per day for non verified accounts. You can use AWS billing but personally, I would not https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/billing-what-is.html because after a year it appears they automatically switch you from AWS free tier to paid which could become very expensive depending on which resources you are using and you would not know until the end of the month with Bezos sends you a bill for 20k.

    Contact customer support and eventually a human will answer after 1 or 2 canned responses.
