I've been doing better with that since switching to the 'Darker' theme and the 'Text Only' TO theme.

 

I wonder if @ChrisTurk sees a brown mug with a pink drink

 

If you go into Tampermonkey and open up hit forker then change the text color to green I find it much easier on the eyes instead of that bright white.
