I strongly recommend getting some blue blocker glasses for computer work if you're in this game for the long haul. I use a pair of gunnars, and they really help with the eye straing.

I have blue light filtering lenses in my Rift S and just regular prescription lenses in my Quest and my eyes are never strained in the Rift, but always get irritated after a while in the Quest. Definitely a huge difference for me, and I play a LOT longer in the Rift S. Not sure why I've never considered using them on the computer.
