Lets do some math on da big batch.

It went down roughly 8k in the last hour. So lets be generous and assume 12k an hour will be done throughout the day. With 15 hours until the next reset, that would mean 180,000 hits out of 459,000 would be completed, leaving 279,000 left. I think 12k an hour is very generous, and even with that amount, this batch should be up until Sunday morning (two resets). Again, this is all guesswork and my 8k/hr. assessment came between 8-9am PST which I'm assuming is a decently hot hour.

edit: 9am - 10am PST was 8,779 hits completed, so unless there's an influx in later hours which doesn't seem at all likely, this batch should be up for the next two days. Unless they pull it.

 

I for one am going ham on these, I'll cap every day til they're dead (hopefully we get one more day lol) I can eat 10k rejections, but for once, it would be more about the money than the rejections. I'd be pretty devastated to miss out on this money.

But I will say this, I've been a turker since 2008, and I've never been mass rejected even when I've messed up. In my experience, as long as you avoid the ones that are already known to be shady assholes, most requesters are decent people.

I've never had an issue with this Noah Turk. The idea of them spot checking results with a batch this big is also probably not likely. Seriously, I would not worry at all about rejections. While this account's TO does show rejections last year in October, that was for a different study. These gif labeling hits are always mass approved. They had tens of thousands of hits (maybe 100k) before of ones where you labeled the sentiment of the gif and no reports of rejections there. I'd say it's very safe and that for any mass rejections to come in would be very out of character for this requester, especially considering how they mention removing hard blocks from peoples accounts after batches are finished in their TO responses.

Just trying to alleviate some minds!

Left the critters alone for 2 dang minutes, and they tried to set my office on fire. They all gathered around to watch me frantically put it out. I uh...I think it was revenge for being late for breakfast Everything is fine, they just managed to light up my shopping list, assorted mail, the box next to my desk, and I scorched the back of my phone case that I was replacing anyway. They regret nothing!
