I told my husband this joke long ago and every now and then, say 1st down, touchdown etc.
So this morning (he don't get home until 5am and I stayed up all night) I tell him I ate too much and my belly is upset.
We're laying in bed as he drifts in and out.
I say : oh that was a field goal...he says: what? real tired like
few minutes later I say touchdown!
he says geez Jod!
I gave it a good 10 minutes and then said TOUCHDOWN!
then said uh oh, halftime, it's HALFTIME!
he says What? .....WHAT REALLY? and jumps up.
