FWIW the individual person probably matters the least outside extreme niche examples (trying to use voice assistive tech to do HITs).

Most people trying to work a batch from a 12" chromebook would probably be doing great if they just sat down at a desktop.

Attempting to speed up human processes is generally a little more difficult or at least inconsistent in results.
