Random life tip: ~30% of people can't absorb vitamin B9 in Folic Acid form. So if your vision gets blurry by the end of the day or you get extra tired or whatever, it's unlikely but possible that it's due to that 2000% daily norm of Folic Acid you're getting from your multivitamin that your cells just can't absorb.

Took me 4 years to figure this out. On Monday switched to "Thorne Research Elite Multi-vitamin AM/PM" that has B9 in Folate form (that's easily absorbed, as opposed to Folic Acid) and holy shit everything is so HD at night.

Weird, 30% seems like a pretty high percentage for that to be the standard form. I'll give this a try, thanks!

 

I think it's much more common because it's cheaper to manufacture (Folic Acid is synthetic and Folate is a natural form of B9 found in food).
