I have the same problem, I bought one of those Razer keypads and it's completely useless for me since I can't reach the top keys row, lol.. Have you tried the Razer Naga? They say it's even less bulky than the G600

I have a logitech performance mx. Has several programable buttons and is ergonomic. I need to replace it soon, but I'm spoiled by wireless. I don't mind a wired keyboard, but the mouse wire annoys me.

 

I also prefer everything wireless aesthetically speaking, but would suck if I died in the middle of a game because the mouse died
