I almost returned the hit because a return review said that they had to write about their death. With this hit, it could be any topic, so I don't believe it's a spoiler; nothing unusual anyway.

 

These are two of the most common prompts in psychological surveys. They're simply trying to get you into a certain mental state which will happen whether you know about it in advance or not.
