I've had my Mazda 3 for 7 years now. Bought it new in 2010 and I love it. Will probably never buy anything other than Mazda for myself

 

I see all kinds driving them around here, but I don't care it's the best car. All the bells and whistles and it's so roomy inside. Plus it gets nearly 30 miles to the gallon.

Also if you aren't into the Soul you might look into the Toyota Yarris. We just bought my husband a 2015 model for under 10k with hardly any miles on it. I thought I would hate it but it's actually pretty fun to drive for a normal car shaped car lol.

 

Jeep twins 4 lyfe! I actually wrote an entire song about Mister Jeep, because I'm a dork, and it's such an earworm everyone at the airport hums it when I pull in. Life goals right there.

My first car was a 1985 Ford Mustang and it was such a huge piece of shit. I hated that car lol. No AC, No Heat, and a transmission that leaked constantly. The smell of burning transmission fluid gives me nightmares. I can smell it from a mile away.

Yeah...that era of Mustang was no good. They improved with the FOX body, but not much.

 

Hows the trunk room though? That's the only thing holding me back from looking at any sort of hatchback. I don't need a HUGE amount of room, but I do need to be able to put two weeks worth of groceries in it lol.

 

This is a hard week for me, my mom's birthday is on Thursday.
