Yes, it displays on their profile and, more importantly, I use it in an internal metric for a very large ongoing project (think: rejection disputes) that would make the bonus system workers have to deal w/ a lot better. NONE of the stats/information leaves TV at all for this, I just use it to gauge how often/$ lost/etc and it's insanely helpful when people do actually use the bonus tracker so thank you.

But also yeah, it's shown to other workers, and as I'm working on the full requester profile revamp it'll be a lot more prominent if workers have marked a bonus as unpaid.
