Boy I'm never a fan of the pitchfork approach but if this doesn't warrant it I don't know what does.

There's even a fucking tool built into mTurk to extend the HITs if no majority has been reached across the original sample size.

 

This is exactly why I avoid any and all "majority rules" shit.
