Not able to claim requester profile?

Hello! Requester new to Turker View here. I tried to claim my requester profile by following this guide (link), but when I click "send me a message", I get this error message:

TurkerView mTurk Forum | Scripts, HITs, & mTurk Community - Error
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.​

Is there another way I should claim my requester profile?

Heya, yeah unfortunately a few weeks ago I had to change it to require a few posts before sending a DM. You can just email the [email protected] address with the requester profile info and I'll get it set up
