This is my final build and it's the role play build. I'm putting points into things that might not make sense if you're trying to min-max but it fits the character's story or the playstyle I'm going for. Since he's more of a methodical detective I'm putting points into cool up until level 12, to get some of the stealth perks, intelligence because he's a corpo and the corpo lifepath has you working in counterintelligence, and tech abilities because he's going to specialize in tech weapons.

Pros:
I lucked out with a decent group, ymmv. It was long, but the active parts were not too tedious and kind of interesting. It did not require outside research like past forecasting hits. Raffle for a $100 bonus for top 30% of workers.

Cons:
Time will likely vary widely, and the pay is not great if it takes the full 4 hours (or more, as some other reviewers experienced). About 30 minutes were spent just waiting for my teammates to catch up. A bit thinky, but not bad. A few training videos at the beginning. Requires some communication with other workers to provide feedback, could be more depending on your group.
