I actually dunno why the article said anything about green tea lol but IIRC it doesn't actually have an ideal ratio.. Fact check me b/c I haven't looked in forever but usually it's like 2:1 caffeine:theanine ratio recommendation and I'm p sure green tea doesn't come close to that. YMMV, no clue, I do all my "hard drugs" in pill form because it's easier to look like a tried & true addict that way
