Hello all. First post here, but have been on MTurk for a year.

Anyway, I updated MTS since it asked....now the HIT ratings will not load. It's just a spinning round thing. I'm flying blind now. Not happy.

I don't see anyone else complaining about this. Maybe it's just me?

Yeah I agree, I love the dark theme for the MTS but I do not want my main Mturk page dark.

it did it for me at first, I just closed out the page and reopened it and it was fine.

 

There's no edge/chrome/ff specific code so any bugfix in one will hit all 3

That's on TO, literally nothing we can do about it. They decided to restrict their API to 1 call per minute.

If you set your HIT Finder to only refresh once every minute you'll get less TO buffer icons, but obviously it's impossible to work that way. As MTS caches their data you'll see it less, but the information wont always be accurate.

not them but I also keep getting this. I only have two hits pending from yesterday. Clicking the update makes it disappear but then when you refresh or come back to that page it'll reappear.

 

it’s the first day the update got pushed and they had no warning it was going to happen and in the middle of the night. It’s going to take some time to work out the bugs. Ask questions here when issues come up, someone should be able to help you with any issues. Welcome to the forum
