Okay so like I know it's all Alex drinks but like Voss sparking water is actually fucking great for the price if you can find it on sale. I got a 4pack for 3usd and it's well worth it!

just one is really tough. I guess my food took a leap forward when I learned that everything is about balance between salt, acid, heat, and bitter. Sometimes adding a little bit of acid or spice, even if you can’t taste it individually, makes the whole thing better. Cooking is all about balance and being able to taste something and know how to balance it is being a chef
