it was probably two different requesters. Hit Names are similar but definitely not the same. Honestly at this point it is harassing the requester about hits. If you had an issue with one it is understandable to email but otherwise why do so? Professors and grad students get a bunch of emails and get one in the wrong moment they will pull work from the platform because there are so many others they can go to.
