Rescuetime & AppBlock are new 2021 additions.. I've used coldturkey for years now but RT is far beyond anything else I've ever used and I'm exceptionally happy with it. AppBlock has absolutely no use beyond facilitating the morning "gtfo bed" motivation by nuking all my phone apps until ~10AM lolol. StayFree does the exact opposite, ensuring I can open the apps at night to wind down / news catchup but strictly limiting how long I can do so. SF's tracking/charts are more useful IMO too but ymmv there.
