Interesting. I've tried different requester names both faves over the years and just random stuff, with dates and without and just can't get a search result when a requester name is included. But I'll play around with some more and see if I can get a search result out of it since it is working for you fine. If I'm the only one with the problem, I definitely do not need it worked on. I'll be fine with how it is even if I can't make it work. It's very clear to me the info is there, and that's the most important thing.

I have what seems to be exactly the same problem, fwiw. Everything is tracked but the search just doesn't seem to want to work.

 

Just curious but are you actually clicking the 'search' button with your mouse or just hitting Enter?

Clicking the Search button. The button is grayed out and the little wheel spins infinitely.

 

Having the same problem. Sent you a message about it, but never got a reply. Search does not work at all for me. I have clicked "search" with my mouse and hit enter. Neither works. It's this way on all my computers in Chrome (desktop, Chromebook, and Surface Pro 7). Not sure what is wrong. I can't use MTS at all anymore since the update, though, honestly. It was causing Chrome tabs to crash while doing HITs. Cleared out cache, restarted computer, etc... didn't help. I detailed it in the message I sent you @ChrisTurk. I have been relying on QBC mostly, but miss using MTS. I had to disable it completely.

 

Mine does the same thing, so you're not alone.
