I lost my utility bill and the office is closed for covid and I can't pay online or by phone without my customer number which is on my bill. So I waited for them to send a late payment reminder so I could pay and the grinch's sent a disconncetion notice. It is 9 degrees outside. They can't even legally disconnect people right now, like why freak people out that may not be able to pay right now?
