we never had that issue of having to trash it. there was enough people around that would order and "forget" or just change the order when they got in. that and at the time i was dating my one manager (she was really nice) and the other two managers didnt really care since we were always on top of orders and making an order here/there for ourselves was fine as long as it was simple and nothing like an everything pizza. i even remember making stuffed crust pizzas before there was such a thing from string cheese and pepperoni in the crust (also we tried sausage, the larger one, not the beef topping one)
