please oh please oh please. would really love to have something lined up before I tell everyone at dayjob to completely go fuck themselves. (it's been getting worse steadily and past 2 weeks have been hell)

I did. Not sure how responsive they will be though.

They could have given warning Booted me from the slack channel too. Although that's half of why I didn't do really them, slack feels very disorganized for me so I always felt like I was missing information that might be important.

 

yeah, I don't like it. I keep it around but usually never use it.

they did it to have the workers "work together" on their hits. not actually the best idea when we're competing for the work.

 

it's not. if you can't find a listing, they want you to share all the work you did in the slack so that somebody else can claim the $2-$7.50 hit. basically give away your method, time and income for free to another turker so they get the credit. it's like a more werid version of those decision surveys if you would split the money with another person or keep it all for yourself.

the only thing the slack is good for is for the tax assessor sites when they forget to add them to the hits themselves. vrapis are involved work hits. their qual process is work. most people don't work on them a lot. you spend a lot of time in between submissions looking for a viable hit to work. it's not for everyone.
