TV is still counting the hits toward the totals but they are not submitting (using chrome), it just gives me that message when I press submit. Was hoping that you may have seen this problem before? I tried clearing cookies but its still happening

 

Only similar thing I've seen is when submitting a HIT that has already expired out of queue, otherwise nope & not seen anyone else mention it recently
