Cons:
Requires use of webcam to track eye movements. I had to go put my contacts in since there was a glare from my glasses. Majority of completion time is calibration attempts.

They can find good workers if they make it non-masters at 99% approval. They miss out on a lot of good workers - let them know that.

 

I honestly wish that requesters would understand that masters is no way to gauge a "good" worker anyway.
