    My mom had one of these years ago. She got it at a pet store and used it to teach her cat to use the toilet. The circles in the center can be punched out one at a time to make the opening gradually bigger so that the cat slowly gets used to crouching over the open toilet. It worked very well for my mom's cat. I have no idea whether you can still get them or not.

    Edit to add, I just checked Amazon and there are a lot of different variations available if you just search 'toilet training kit for cats'.
