Not sure why your page is refreshing like that, sorry, but just in general if you notice that it refreshed or that your recorded time is clearly off, it's best to manually set the time to 0 minutes 0 seconds when you're submitting your review, that way the hourly rate is ignored by TurkerView and it doesn't skew that requester's stats.
