I've tried mfp, lose it, and all the others. I think I'll let all the fancy macro stuff intimidate me into eating healthy LOL

 

Cronometer is the perfect carrot/stick tool. It's so ass at inputting food you want to standardize your diet as much as possible to take away the pain, and it's so judgmental and harsh that you have to eat nothing but the most broken down, basic ingredients of food in order to get your stat bars up.

I was surprised it had a listing for my breakfast sandwich this morning with no issue. Sounds like just what I need.

 

A lot of processed/fast food is in there because it's popular so it increases the value of the data (NCCDB sells their info to apps like cronometer) >.>

I try to get almost everything out of NCCDB, it's difficult if it's not a basic ingredient because all the niche "healthy" foods aren't worth them testing I just want my two good yogurt stats to be accurate

 

I just got a full time job that I start on Tuesday so I don't really feel obligated to do anything today!
