We're doing ok. I was diagosed with fibromyalgia and osteopenia, and some other autoimmune disease they can't figure out what it is
My son, RJ, was diagnosed with Chronic Explosive Tic Disorder, which it simply tourettes, but can't be called tourettes until it has lasted a year. It came on suddenly. Within a matter of less than a week. So we are still adjusting to that. I really appreciate you asking, we're still kickin and praying, pushing through it all.

Thank you...he has a really good attitude about it though, so that is really helping things. He doesn't get down about it at all. He has motor and vocal tics and sometimes he looks really funny and he'll say "Where did that come from" and start giggling. I think he'll get through it very well. I'm praying it does go away suddenly, but if not, we'll learn to work through it. I appreciate your good thought, it means a lot.

 

Sorry to hear that. That's quite a lot to handle all at once, can't even imagine what you're going through right now. Hope things get easier for you soon. I know you got this, though.

 

Thank you! It's nerve wrecking sometimes, but my kiddo and I are pretty tough. We'll be great! I appreciate you! We also got a service dog for him that we have in training. He'll be used as intervention when RJ starts to hit himself, and pressure when he starts to tic.
