Yeah, they're a requester that have been on Mturk for years. They don't give out many quals though.

The ad data research company "Moat" runs the account and they got bought out by an even bigger company called "Oracle." That's when the issues started. Also, I definitely waited longer than 30 days. They pay when they feel like it.
