    I delivered a bunch of pizza to Best Buy a couple hours ago. Some middle-aged woman was screaming at the customer service ladies because UPS had not delivered her package yet. The employees were trying to explain to her that they have nothing to do with it since she ordered it online and the package is in UPS's hands and that she would have to check her tracking and wait patiently. The lady said something about how her Christmas was ruined because of their incompetence. I felt bad.

    Got a 25 dollar tip though, which was nice.

    omg I'd still rather do vet med than retail again.
    We had a couple this morning who refused to listen to anyone about how sick their dog was and kept trying to leave, while still hooked up to fluids and etc. And they just couldn't understand how it was illegal to let them leave like that (also b/c they hadn't settled the bill.....Dog had a blood transfusion yesterday and was still loosing RBC and had free fluid in the abdomen BTW.) They were also very upset that a dog that had a severe eye injury and was barely breathing (bulldog went head first into a rose bush) has caused their poor little baby's paperwork to be delayed by another 10 minutes.
    Thank god I'm going to a comedy show at a bar when I get off :D
