- GTA San Andreas (already started, got through Wrong Side of the Tracks on the first try!)
- Red Dead 1
- Lego Star Wars 1-6 (looks like GARBAGE on PS3, but still fun)
- NHL 12
- GTA IV (aka, "Hey Cousin!")
- Persona 3 FES

They're literally just a replacement for the 90's "ten items or less" lines which most stores typically only would have a couple of these at most anyways. It's really reaching to think this is a malicious practice by companies, tbh, in a world where there are far more egregious and real practices that hurt workers.

 

Good example. I usually use a garden hose as an example. A larger horse with the same flow does increase flow if it's big enough, but it is not a certainy. 4G vs 5G. They can pump more through the pipe, but it doesn't mean it will start out that way. Infrastructure has to plan for growth.

 

When I go into Walmart and there are 3 cashier lanes and 24 self checkout lanes, it's all I need to know.

 

17 years retail. We cannot keep cashiers. Don't worry about the Self Check out. You want to get out of the building and pay?

 

That's where you went wrong in the first place.

 

One of the ones by me only has a single lane that's manned anymore, and that's only because it's the cigarette lane.

 

I just wonder if this is related to all the heat Walmart got for criminally underpaying their workers a few years ago.

 

Also unpopular opinion and not saying the way it is is right but capitalism is gonna keep on being capitalism. This country is never going to care about how you are doing. Politicians may try to sell you that but they don't care. It's all a lie. You can sit around and wait for things to be the way they should be or try your best to get out there and make something of yourself and help those who struggle for reasons they cannot help.

 

If anyone still thinks the country cares about them I'd be stunned.

The soundtrack is easily one of the best ever; I'd rank GTA SA just slightly below it. The game is great, but really hard to go back to after San An smoothed out a lot of (my) control issues. Now, if they redid it with the San An/VCS engine, that might be better.
