You do what you think is the right thing to do, of course, but here's my [super duper accurate and important] opinion from observing the daily almost every day for a long time and seeing the social dynamics of this place: those two people I quoted always steer the conversation in the wrong direction and kill the vibes. Also, since they post like 235239508 posts a day, it gives new members the wrong impression of the dynamics of this place. The thread goes from having a lighthearted conversation about something neutral, posting cute GIFs, motivating each other to make more on MTurk, and/or having a friendly fight over something wholesome (like soup or whatever) to looking like a milder version of fourchan. Either one of them is bad enough on their own, but when both of them are here at the same time, things start exploding. You can dance around it and just ignore it, but given their track record it's not gonna get any better. I'd ban both for 3 months.
