take a laying down nap then try again after you stopped being tired for an hour. and don't use your brain during the nap.

 

It not so much being tired, its just being so uncomfortably hot that my brain can't think... Plus I have to work in the room with my PC running making it even hotter. I've found what works best so far is a totally cold shower
