Our task Similar-Images Retrieval Game (with Partner) is now live. We invite you to participate in it! It involves both images and text.

You will have to pass the qualification test (https://worker.mturk.com/qualifications/3AWVFG4SF26F7PSP1OQ76LGYPUQRBG). Please note: The minimum score required in the qualification test is 85, which means getting 7 out 8 questions correct. We accept workers from US and Canada who have completed at least 500 HIT with an acceptance rate of 95%. Upon passing the qualification test and submitting a HIT, you will be awarded $1.0 bonus.

Each HIT will give you 0.8$. We will evaluate the work and roll out payments within 5 working days of completing the task.

This task requires pairing up with a fellow Turker. Here are some tips to ensure shorter waiting times.
1. Please don't switch to other tabs/windows while waiting to be paired. We understand it can take frustatingly long times to find a partner.
2. If you can, we encourage you to attempt the task at release time (3PM EST).
3. We encourage all workers to attempt the tasks at one hour intervals - 4PM, 5PM (EST) etc. Doing so will increase your chances of finding a partner, as all of you will attempt to pair at the same time.
4. We encourage you to reach out to fellow workers over MTurk forums such as Slack, MTurk Crowd, Reddit etc. If two workers start the task together, they are very likely to be paired.

If the data collection gets smoother, we will start releasing a lot more HITs in the next weeks!
We are still in the process of refining our interface. So we encourage you to give feedback about the task setup, instructions, and qualification test so that we can improve your experience as a worker.
