    Pros:
    There's a bonus that varies from 2-3 dollars, so I upgraded this from "underpaid" to "fair".
    Cons:
    The hourly, but as stated in the "Pro's" there's a bonus that helps with that. The number of questions toward the end was somewhat obnoxious, I'll admit.
