Way, way too long for the pay. Many questions could be combined into a single question instead of repeating over and over. Sections are grouped in a way that make the answers leading, suggestive of how to respond

So you pay for QBC and you're only hitting 150 a week? That doesn't seem very good

Rise has been great so far (I LOVE the hunting horn changes) and even though it's supposedly coming to PC next year (knowing us we will rebuy it on PC, lol) I've enjoyed being able to play it mobile on the switch. It's taken some adjustment for us since we've been mostly PC players for the past 10 years, but it's fun still. Nintendo games just hit that right spot for me I guess.

I'm for sure getting Pokemon sword and shield though. I know it only has a small option for multiplayer (and I think you can trade still?) I'm sure it will be fun.

Honestly, there is a lot of stuff coming out over the next few months I want to get. A bunch of switch games and with Diablo 2 coming out in September and New World coming out in August (yeah, I'm gonna jump on another Amazon project so pity me) I expect to have a lot to do the next few months.

Oh and I'm going to buy my son Minecraft on the switch because I hate myself too.

That's pretty forward of you. People can spend their income how they see fit, and what makes their life better. If you don't find something useful, fine. But don't shit on other people.

I wasn't intending to shit on other people, I think you're overreacting and misreading what I said

If I'm shitting on something, its QBC/]QBC charging 20 a month if its not giving proper returns

I also thought the figure would be very low for a weekly total at 8 hours per day. I'm surpassing that with Panda Crazy and I have neither a ton of quals nor a lot of favorite batches at this point.

Same, I'm not surpassing it but that's about where I'm sitting without it. And I don't have much for quals still fairly new to MTurk overall

Based on your example the math is $600 a month income in this case. I'd say $20 is a small percentage of that to have a nice workflow that makes 160 hours of your life easier. But feel free do it your way and best of luck catching everything.

The original question was in reference to a goal of an 8 hour work day... if we're spending the same amount of time and making the same money but one is paying to do it, I'm not sure I follow your logic. But alright, I'm not trying to piss anyone off here. Just trying to figure out if something is worth the cost when I'm basically already working for sub-minimum wage

To be fair you will only get what you put in. It streamlines workflow and makes life way easier but it will depend on the person using it to make it worthwhile. Not having quals and a ton of over variables can change the amount you make daily with or without QBC/]QBC/]QBC/]QBC.

For a long time, I was easily doubling/tripling(or higher) my daily goal but I'm lazy and quit doing that. So that's a perfect example of me not using the tools to its highest possibility.

I'll gladly pay the price for the features and usefulness. It's not like I have any other work expenses anyway so I consider it a worthwhile expense. If you are doing fine with the current tools available I wouldn't worry about it too much. The value will depend on the person using it.

To be fair though the watchlist function alone easily makes it worth it for me but I live/die by my watchlist.

You are working on a platform that relies on colleges and institutions for a majority of the available work. It's summer time at the tail end of this pandemic with a shitty economy. Income/work will improve here, but not today or tomorrow. Goals you set for now will be much more attainable in the future.
