That's what I have and my internet was just down for about an hour.

So far they've been better about not doing that to me once I went to unlimited on my cap but my experience is if you have the high end uncapped package they'll lift the throttle if you don't pay for that then you get throttled like hell.

 

but you SHOULDN'T HAVE TO go unlimited. you're giving them a bailout, much like Netflix when they were stifled

 

I agree with you, unless I'm gonna move to Europe though it's not like anything can change it. Our internet is overpriced and slow compared to most of the world. But that's America in general, pay the most get the least, work the the hardest for peanuts etc etc
